SuperSoft can be used on light or dark colored shirts and allows for a bright print that has a “pop” factor.
Water-based ink referred to as the flexible version of water-based ink, also known as liquid ink, which is mainly composed of water-soluble resin, organic pigments, solvents and related additives by the composite grinding process. Water-based ink is particularly suitable for tobacco, alcohol, food, beverages, medicines, children's toys and other health conditions demanding packaging and printing products.
Water-based ink main components:
Water-based ink is a continuous material, pigment, additives and other substances composed of homogeneous slurry. The binder provides the necessary transfer properties of the ink, with the pigments giving the ink color. Water-based ink can be pided into two main types of materials: water-diluted and water-dispersed. The former can use a variety of resin types, such as maleic acid resin, shellac, maleic acid resin modified shellac, urethane, water-soluble acrylic resin and water-based amino resin. Water-dispersible binders are obtained by the polymerization of emulsified monomers in water, which is a two-phase system in which the oil phase is dispersed in the water phase in the form of particles and can be diluted with water although it can not be dissolved in water. Can be considered as oil-in-water emulsion type.
