1. Check the positioning marks of the plates to meet the requirements of the print order.
2. Check for bubbles near the four sides of the omentum, blisters and nets: bubbles and sand holes should be remedied in time. Seal the four-sided screen to avoid ink leakage during printing.
3. Check the quality of the screen plate, including whether the graphic image is fully developed, whether the graphic image points or lines have burrs, defects, broken pens and mesh seals.
If any of the above conditions are found, various methods should be taken in time to solve the problem. . If this is not possible, consider re-plate to ensure future print quality.
