GROUP mesh specification)
This part of the process is done when you need to re-use the screen for another job. The chemical needed is called "reclaimer" or "stencil remover".
Preparing older used screens to re-coat the mesh with emulsion - With an older, used screen it is necessary to make sure the mesh is very clean before attempting to coat it. The following steps are needed to prepare old screens for reuse: gently reclaim the old stencil, carefully de-haze removing stains, degrease the mesh and allow it to dry completely before coating with fresh emulsion. Start with reclaiming the old stencil and removing it from the mesh. Remember you want to always remove emulsion in such a way that the emulsion is completely removed without damaging the mesh.
After you have finished printing a job, clean the screen of any ink and all tape. Put it in the washout booth and spray both sides of the screen with the stencil remover. Let stand for a minute or so and begin to rinse with a pressure washer, removing the stencil by water.
You shouldn't need a ton of pressure but it is a good idea to have a halfway decent ton. Make sure to follow the directions for your specific stencil remover.
The use life of the mesh is another element of quality difference,we can offer you mesh with longer use life and more re-use times.
