Second, the storage conditions

Third, the use of  screen printing squeegee precautions

1, the use of cleaning process once every 4 hours, flat to be about 3 hours after solvent evaporation reuse, the service life will be extended 0.5-1 times

2, do not use high-speed squeegee after the hot plastic squeegee, even if the plastic squeegee with a mild solvent cleaning, but also airing at least two hours before use.

3, the temperature will make the plastic scraper material more permeable (a bit similar to the human skin), then clean the  screen printing squeegee, the solvent will irreparably corrode the plastic scraper material structure.

4, do not let the ink dry on the plastic scratch, screen printing squeegee cooling should be cleaned as soon as possible.
